Apricot - The apricot contains laetrile or B17 that aids in the prevention of cancer. They are a great source of minerals including calcium, phosphorus, iron, sulphur, manganese, bromine, and cobalt. Plus they are rich in vitamin A, C, B2, and B3.

 

Avocado - Helps to lower your cholesterol and enhance your immune system. The avocado is also one of the richest sources of fiber, and they are loaded with vitamins including A, B-complex (including B3 - folic acid),  C and E. And a good source of calcium, iron, and potassium.

 

Banana - Very high in potassium (great for muscle cramps). Bananas are also a good source of dietary fiber and they are loaded with B complex vitamins. In terms of minerals, bananas contain copper, chromium, fluoride, manganese, selenium, and zinc.
